Peng Xiuwen 95th Anniversary Concert

On this occasion, the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra pays tribute showcasing Peng’s original compositions and timeless arrangements, recapturing the grandeur of his works and honouring his enduring legacy. Peng was a trailblazer of 20th-century Chinese music whose output not only laid the artistic foundation for the modern Chinese orchestra but also propelled it onto the international stage.
