Jukka Ilmonen’s forest dialogue aims to view forest-related matters through a different lens, with peculiar participants. The forest dialogue – an event featuring less dialogue and more conflict – has already attracted participants such as a willow tit, a European spruce bark beetle, a representative of an investment fund from Boston and a Japanese eco-terrorist to take part (if not behind bars at the time), as well as Virtaska, a grumpy cottage owner. Probably a couple others as well.
