Job Search Support Workshops: Hidden Job Market Workshop (online)

This online workshop includes topics such as: What is a hidden job? Where can you find hidden job opportunities? How should you approach employers? The workshop provides you with new perspectives and ideas for your job search, helping you open up new pathways to move forward. The workshop is highly practical, and you will get the chance to actively search for hidden job opportunities yourself. Prepare for the workshop by thinking in advance about 1–2 workplaces/employers where you would like to work. These should be opportunities that are not currently advertised in any job search channels. To participate in this online workshop, you need to: apply beforehand: application form be a resident of Helsinki Requirements for participation: You need sufficient language skills to communicate with the instructor and other participants without an interpreter or assistant. You should have basic digital skills to use a computer independently. You must have your own computer or mobile device to participate in the remote session and complete the required tasks.
