International Arts Carnival 2026: "Alice in Wonderland — Reimagined through the looking glass" by YIP'S CHILDREN'S CHOIR

Alice tumbles down the rabbit hole and into a land of wonder! She encounters the most extraordinary creatures, faces a grand showdown with the Queen of Hearts before heading home. Seven professional singers lead Yip’s Children’s Choir and Yip's Children's Musical Theater in a seamless blend of Bel Canto and children’s voices, capturing the magic of this timeless fairy tale. Alice in Wonderland is a two-act children’s opera composed by Pierangelo Valtinoni, who is renowned for his work in the genre. It was co-commissioned by Yip’s Children's Choir and Zürich Opera, and made its celebrated world premiere at the Hong Kong Arts Festival in 2021.
