Family exercise counselling

The family exercise counselling service provides free support for families with children aged 3–6 who would like to find suitable ways to engage in sufficient physical activity and would like to get inspiration for building a more active everyday life. The counselling is provided either in a group form (five meetings in 3 months) or independently for families (three meetings in 3 months). The meetings bring together useful information and inspiring opportunities for the family to try physical activities together.
